VNix (-27.375 AF) set several impressive times, the best being his 1:19.974 on Toad Circuit. #250 Chloie (+1.031 AF) achieved sub 1:57 on Airship Fortress placing within top 300! #225 ALjC3 (+1.156 AF) drove a magnificent 14.7-second Daisy Cruiser fast-lap earning her a silver medal. He also learned pasta on Mario Circuit 2 which saved him well over a second. 1:19.9 on Toad Circuit, 1:43.7 on Luigi Raceway, and 1:27.7 on Daisy Cruiser are respectable. This resulted in him slicing off a decent chunk of AF points. #176 Bowtie (-14.125 AF) reported five large optimizations that are mostly top 200. #154 Christos Karamanos (-0.125 AF) returns after eight months with a nice 1:47.7 on Neo Bowser City listed as 160th. #147 Clayhouse (-49.750 AF) overtook nearly 50 karters this month by cleaning up over half of his timesheet! Everything he submitted during May is top 200, but the strongest records include 1:37.9 on Rainbow Road, 2:03.7 on Shy Guy Bazaar, and 1:23.3 on Neo Bowser City Glitch. *checks notes* Toad, Barrel Train, and Wood Wheels? I'm thoroughly impressed. #110 Keita (+0.188 AF) achieved top fifty on Shy Guy Bazaar, and perhaps more notably, 1:45 on Neo Bowser City using. All of his new fast-laps are top ten including a 28.6 on Kalimari Desert. #103 Nathan Hayter (-3.531 AF) set strong three-lap and fast-lap scores this month. #84 Cyrus (-3.250 AF) reported new personal bests on Mario Circuit, Wario Shipyard, and Koopa Troopa Beach that all sit just outside of top 100. He reached top fifty on Dino Dino Jungle and top eighty on Koopa Troopa Beach with low 1:51 and 1:31 scores respectively! #55 Flotenchea (-0.438 AF) worked on two stages. His 1:38.7 on the latter is sixth in the Americas.
#42 Ridley Cooper (-2.344 AF) continues his comeback with solid times on Mushroom Gorge, Koopa Cape, and Daisy Hills. #34 Chilly (-0.250 AF) set an impressive 1:58.7 on DK Pass which lands in the top 100. #10 Rukiu (-0.656 AF) set a very respectable 1:09.2 on Mario Circuit 2 ranked eighth in Japan.
He also drove an impressive 1:44.6 on Airship Fortress and a 1:42.0 on Luigi’s Mansion, both utilizing glitches. The most significant of them include sub 1:11 on Bowser Castle 1 and 1:33.0 on Cheep Cheep Lagoon. #8 Pierre (-0.438 AF) played five tracks to earn top 20 on all of them. #1 EndoMK (+0.031 AF) was the one to save us from a WRless month! He achieved a 1:45.270 on Dino Dino Jungle Glitch. But then… somebody pulled through.ģ4 players submitted times including 8 new faces. May was looking like it would be the first month since October 2014 where no world records would be achieved. Fourteen world records were set in 2023 up to the beginning of June.
